YAY! It’s leap year!

My life is filled with To-Do lists and work right now, where are all the sparkles!?

Let’s see… ah, two of my friends are getting married this year, that’s sparkly! I get to take my nephew to Build-A-Bear this weekend for his birthday ~ that will be fun and sparkly (I’m getting one too!)

I must now start the countdown to Wall-E! I’ve seen a bunch of movies lately and Wall-E has been one of the preview trailers. I love adorable robot characters (Short Circuit had me at “hello” in the 80’s).

BeSparkly has marked its virtual sparkle calendar for June 27th, 2008 when Wall-E will hit the big screen with his pet cockroach!! That’s only…132 days away!

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!

I’ve been awfully quiet, ne? ^^

No worries, all is well. Sparkles and hugs all around!

Valentine’s Day is next week, but why not celebrate now? Valentine’s Day isn’t just for couples ~ here at BeSparkly, Valentine’s is about expressing your sparkle!

The Valentine’s banner will be up until the 15th. I also made a fun Halloween banner, but you’ll have to wait to see that one.

Sometimes I talk too fast and the other day I was telling a friend about Be Sparkly and she thought I said Be Sprockily ~ which of course made us both laugh.

The word “sprockily” makes me think of broccoli shaped like a spork. HAHAHAHAHA.

So today, I’m really trying to feel sparkly and this “sprockily” word keeps coming to mind. As I search for my “sparkle” I keep finding my “sprockle.”

And you know what…if it makes me laugh then it doesn’t matter if it’s sparkle, sprockle or sweet potato pie!

So today is BeSprockily day!!!!!! ^^

Eventually, I plan to make an archive for past Sparkle Scope months, so look for that in the next few months. Until then, you can only access the current month online. I’m also waiting for my website to be moved to a new platform so I can redo the BeSparkly Gallery and get new pictures up.

I’ve also deemed February the “Month of Sparkly Smiles”, so get out there and start smiling!
